Our History:

Promaga is a limited liability corporation born of the entrepreneurial nature of its founder and soleadministrator Manuel Gavira Gomez.

Mr. Gavira, who in the 80´s had established his businesses activities in catering industry, decided to diversify his investments and was able to see the huge potential for growth in the promotion of new developments in which he had certain experience. 

In 1986 Promaga was constituted in La Línea de la Concepción and from its beginnings the company invested in large urban plots suited to integral urbanization and the creation of new residential areas.

With this goal in mind, we’ve invested in large areas of land where we’ve integrated modern residential areas with parks, gardens, sports facilities, leisure & retail services, all of which have offered our clients exceptional investment opportunities.

Promaga has also played an important role in developing the tourist industry and to this day has invested in building plots in both local golf courses and front line beach.
