Promaga International has centralized their investments in the north-east coast of Brazil near the area of Natal, which currently represents one the best investment opportunities today.

Of our new projects in Natal such as Lago Azul, Ma-Noa Beach Resort y Dunas Golf Resort, Promaga has also bought a magnificent, water park called Ma-noa Park. It is located next to the development Ma-noa Beach Resort, in a spectacular front line beach position.

A large proportion of the proceeds from the popular water park are dedicated to the 172 children of the Ma-Noa foundation, providing them with three meals a day, clothes and education which they would otherwise have to go without.

The activities of the Ma-Noa Foundation School began in February of 2003 with two groups: one of pre-school and another of first grade; We offer the children transportation, uniform meals and school material.

Each year another course of 30 new children are implemented and join in the program. Today the school caters to 172 children from pre-primary until third grade. Since 2006 it has being operated in the new location.
